Missing Drugs, failure to investigate complaint, rude

1st - Missing drugs-called to report, left message. NO response.

Dropped off another RX, tried to pick up 3 days later. Waited @ drive thru for 15 min, w/1 vehicle ahead of me. Asked for RX, told it was not filled, "too early" It was a new RX, no insurance involved.

Called mgr to complain about both issues. Very rude, hung up on me. When I called back she said she was "busy with other people", and felt I was rude for telling hew drugs were missing! Made comments about "drug abuse", admitted they did not call Dr to verify RX, or me.

I called District Office. Left message. 3 days later. Nothing.
