Rite Aid Don't care about the maggots

I called Rite Aid about my experience at their Luverne Al. Store just before filing my rip off report. They said they would get someone back to me. I called in two weeks to see what was happening. They said it had been turned over to a district manager. I called again today 9/22. They said it had been turned over to a district mgr. I asked if they really cared and should I talk to a lawyer. They inso many words said that was up to me. Anyone know a good lawye
