Terrible Service, overpriced and no interest in keeping customers

I visited the store several times in the past week, each time during business hours and they were never open. I explained this to the staff and they had nothing to say about it, not even an apology. I spoke to the owner who did not even apologise or take responisibility for the bad service from her staff, (in fact she told me i was the bad guy for voicing my frustrations to her staff)... Nor did she even offer to give me any kind of discount or anything to ease my frustration. A friend of mine mentioned that she has told customers to go elsewhere if they didnt like the service... Especially in this economic climate, that is just simply bad business...
