Bad Service

Service had deteriorated horribly since the restaurant opened about a few years ago. I guess business is so good that the owner and staff feel that it's no longer necessary to treat the customers right. The food is still good but the taste were inconsistent the last few times I went there.

I have had found dirty dishes and utensils often. Matter of fact, one time I had picked up a glass and saw that there were lipstick marks on it andwaved the waiter over and asked for a new one. He replaced mine with a new cup from a few tables over, which is completely acceptable, but howver, he just simply put the dirty one onto that table as part of the setting. The couple who sat down next did not see it and just used the cup. What kind of ethics is that? I have not been back to that place for almost 6 months now and I don't miss it at all.
