Horrible district manageri

The store manager and staff were very friendly; however I visited the store on the day the district manager (Charles) was there and he was very rude and demeaning towards his customers as well as his staff. He could definitely benefit from good customer skills. I visited the store while I was visitng from out of town. The store manager (bishop) was very helpful and made sure his cashiers greeted everyone who came throug the door as well made announcements on the intercom. I was very impressed with him and his staff; however if I ever visit and the district manager is there I will walk right out and conduct my business else where.
