I had been going to the same hair stylist for two years, her name was Chelsea and she was the manager at the evergreen store. Well after two years she left, with no warning, adn she took our color cards with her. Well of corse I was devestated, but another girl name Joy assured that she could do my hair. Alls that needed to be done was the roots of my hair.

Well when I was done I had som much orange. She did not follow the lines in my hair, and colored over the blond with brown and added bleach to the nearly black hair, which made ita orange. I was mortifeid. I paid for the service, 100.00. And did not complain.

I waited a 2 months and went to another hair masters, in hopes of help. Well the girl who did my hair, assured me that she was a pro and can fix anything. So she did my hair, as she ws in shock as to my hairs condition, she said that she could not even follow any lines in my hair, well when she was finished my hair was worse then when I started. I had this god awful color on top of the diffrent color I had on top. Basically the top of my hair wa orange and the bottom was a cross between red and black, maybe?

Well feeling highly upset, I again paid and I decided to call the corprate office, who basically called me a liar and told me that it had to investigated. I then went to the manager of the store that I had just went to and her name was Heidi, she said she would be willing to fix my hair, Now so far they have used at least 3 diffrent colors and this one promised she could match it. Uh no. She could not fix my blond (I mean orange because so much damage had been done and my red/brown would soon have black added to the color. And a mullet to match.

At this point I was pi*ed, I called corpratae again and they were not willing to refund me, they called an area supervisor who said I could go to one of thier best hair colorist in Bothell. Basically the lady Carly said that I was sent to her to see if there was any merrit to my complaint. She agrred with me, she said that sje called corprate and told them that this is a problem, and it will need to be fixed.

Well on my first two appointments she conditined my hair, due to all the damage. And on the third visut she sent me home with a bottle and told me to condition everynight.

So about two weeks later I called her and asked if she could look at my hair, she did. When I recieved at the salon, she said that she had spoken with customer care and had requested a gift card, so that she could be paid in a timely manner, they issued her $250.00. She assured me that they would take responsibilty and make sure my hair would return to normal. She had me purchase numerous conditions, and she colored my hair one time, which took the whole gift card. She made me another appointment becasue my hair was far from done, burnt, black and orge with some white, she assired me that next time would be it.

Well on the appointment date, I recieved a call from corprate telling me that they had went above and beyond and if I wanted my hair completed I would have to pay for it.

Upset was an understatement. I had been afaithful customer for two years with no complaints ever. I calle to customer service and they acted like this was abig joke, I called to Carly and she said that she could not speak to me. She can not complete my hair..
