Horrible hair colorist

She, Jacinda Parker, at In Styles, Amarillo, Texas, did my hair and ruined my beautiful blonde hair color. Every day, now, I have to wake up and look at the horrible mess she made out of my hair. I have to wait to go to a color correctional expert, and try to see what they can do to correct my hair and get it back to what it was without damaging my hair. I want to repost my complaint every day that I have to look at my ugly hair. It's all I can do to vent and complaint about her unskillful and deliberate plunder on my hair. What did she do, exactlly the opposite of what I asked her to do, and that was to keep my hair the same color, Instead, she took it upon herself to totally change my hair color, put dark brown streaks thorughout my golden blonde hair and literally took the blonde sunshine out of my hair I have worked so hard and long to get by grandually bleaching it over the years. Yes, I am upset. Wouldn't you be?
