Product Malfunction

I bought an Hair Coloring Product from the business and the color was wrong, it turn my hair jet black instead of a warm brown that is shown on the front of the bottle. I went to return it and get a refund and a new color to replace what that color had done. The manager told me that I had to bring the product back to her so that she can send it back to the manufactory.instead, she look at the bottle and the glove that I used with I showed her the they were blue, the color was suppose to be brown, and my hair is black, I also told her that now I have to wear this color in my hair another 30 to 45 days, a color that is not on the front of the bottle and the glove is blue, which menas that this color was a blue-black. She looked at it and threw it in the garbage, I went to get another hair color and she wanted me to either get the hair color or my money back, she would not give me both. I know that I should have taken pictures, but I thought that those replacements was not that much and that I would not be able to get it, and she took the receipt and threw that in the garbage too. I am now worried that my hair might fall out now. Is there anything I can do to get another hair color from this store or if my hair falls out over this incident?
