Kinoki Foot Pad Order
Was Not Processed Per My Request Requested RUSH DELIVERY back in February 2 and I Have Yet To Receive My Order

I placed an order for the KINOKI Foot Detox from an infomercial February 2. I requested a rush delivery so that I would receive it within a week as PROMISED from Customer Service, which I paid almost $30.00 for the shipment of two orders.

It is now March 11 and have been calling them every week for the past four weeks to find out when my order is going to be delivered. The guy that answers the phone in 800# Customer Service is the same person that I speak with, who was kind of rude, very short and not apologetic for my order delays. Each time that I called, he assured me that my order will be at my address within 3 days from my conversation. There were times when I called and I was hung up on because I was frustrated and wanted to know why I have not received my order and WHY he kept lying to me about my order.

I called again today, March 11 about my order again and spoke with the same person. At first, I just wanted to cancel my order and get a credit but I wanted the product. I asked him why he is still lying to me about my order and he ignored my question and change the subject to crediting me $15.90 for the shipment costs, which I am still paying $25.00 for. There was nothing else he could say to me and had hung up the phone.

I have been in customer service for years and I never treated a customer like I was treated from this guys from the company, wether he's an affiliate of the product/company or not.

I think that I should not be charge the shipping cost and since my request was not satisfied, and that I should've at least received the order for free since there was a delay and in which the order was not processed in a correct manner as they promised on television and from the order center where I placed my order.

Any company that serves to consumers should and always treat their customers with priorities and to make sure that they are being updated with their order status until their order is received. If they can't handle that then they should get out of it!!!
