Ripoff lie

I ordered brochures from this company. I was told that my order will be processed in 3 days (I paid more for rush order) and it will be shipped with FedEx 2 day shipping. I was sure that my order will be on my customer's desk on Friday. What actually happened was: 1) My order was processed in five days.
2) Customer service rep. Told me that my package was send on Friday but it only got to FedEx on Monday of the next week (I have the tracking record).
3) When I called and wanted to speak with the owner, one of the managers told me that she is not going to speak with me any more and I should stop calling her girls and hung up on me. I think that it is at least not responsible to behave like that and lie to the customers and I was a loyal customer of this company.
