Credit card fraud

I tanned at this tanning salon and canceled my membership October 18. I was going over credit card statements in December and realized they are still charging my credit card. I called and I was told I would get credited back and then two days later I was told the owner Kelly Tyrell would cut me a check three days later, I was told the owner was having personal issues and would get me a check on Monday, and to this date the owner still has not corrected her mistake and has cause me to have to cancel my credit card at Christmas and be out of pocket over $80.00. For each month she charged me. The owners name is Kelly Tyrrell and is a total liar and has unethical business practices.

When we first signed up for this package they allowed my daughters friend to tan off my credit card when I was not even aware of this and did not sign for any of this and I still had to pay. When I found out I went and complained and they still charged me for their employees mistake. So i have to pay for services I am not receiving and never received and I they are using my credit card without my permission. I do not feel this is correct.
