Palm beach worst tanning salon!

At the end of this month i am CANCELLING my membership at Palm Beach Tan. I put a freeze on my account in the month of april, and in may i noticed that i had been charged for the month. After not tanning all of april or may! I went in and tanned 2 days out of the month of may. (after all i did just pay for an ENTIRE month.) so i told them i wanted some kind of credit because i was under the impression that my account was frozen. The district manager told me that she would give me a credit but i would still have to pay for the two times that i tanned which was 24 dollars for EACH visit. I pay 60 a month for my membership (platinum) there. So a difference of 12 dollars that i could get credited. Complete bull shit for tanning only twice. & because i didn't go into the tanning salon until june 1st they charged me for the month of june as well and said there was no way to refund my money regardless if i tanned for the month or not.

Most of the girls that work there i found to be very friendly, but they are definitely just trying to make there quota for the month. Constantly pushing lotions on you. I spent 70 dollars on a bottle of lotion that they swore up and down would get me the darkest and it did not help at all! I get tanner going in without any lotion on at all!

One other thing, do not pay more for the "better" beds unless you want to go all the way up to the diamond which is $100 / month. I paid for the platinum while 2 of my friends paid for the silver (20 minute beds) and they got just as tan if not tanner than me while i spent double what they paid.

I can honestly say i will NEVER go back.
