I ordered Rice & Shine on 9/24/07, paid on my debit card $44 and never received the product

In September, I ordered a supply of Rice & Shine from this website, paid by my debit card. I called in October and they said it will be shipped in 2 weeks. To date, 1/7/08, I have not received my shipment. The number I called before is always busy. No one answers the local number is Sterling Heights, MI. I would like my money back.
