Care Credit - GE Money Bank
Care Credit Care Credit Will Not give me credit for Money I paid on my Bill with reciepts I have provided 4 TIMES

I got a care credit account for dental work in Febuary of 2007. I Pay $1500.00 a month due to only 18 monthes interest free. But I send the payments in money orders, 3 of them $500.00 each which is the highest limit in NY State and I send them all at the same time in the same envelope.
In Sept I sent my 3 money orders of $500.00 each and was only credited for 2 of them. I have since then sent a copy of the reciept 4 times I have mailed it, I have faxed it and have called them 12 to 13 times which takes at least an hour on the phone. And to no avail.

Every Person I have spoke to tells me the same thing, I have no answers for you and can you send a copy of the reciept to us? Are they kidding me?

How many time do I have to send this reciept do they have a secretary? Or maybe anyone there with a brain???

I got to speak with a supervisor who was rude and of no help. And now in March im still getting the run around I want my $500.00 credit its certainly not chump change.

I work for my money and am trying to make ends meet all I want is Care Credit to give me the credit for money I have paid them and have Proof for. Im tired of lame brains who dont do there job and just keep passing the buck, Help! Please

If any one else has had this problem please contact the Attorney Generals Office. Thank You

P. S I also had to trace 3 money Orders for them at a cost of $45.00
