Trying collect from my father when he is deceased harrassing phone calls Modesto California

They keep calling the house I have sent them all of the info on my father's death and that isn't enough for them we are still grieving of our loss and they do not care what so ever. The people are rude with no compassion at all. They only care about collecting the small amount of money he owed them before he passed he didn't know he had cancer and only 12 wks to live if so he wouldn't have bought any thing from them especially if they were going to be this way towards his family each and every day either by phone or mail... It is sicking
