Collection Agency Notices

Sometime in the spring, maybe March, I started receiving notices from a collection agency trying to collect for one movie that I failed to return. I went to the Greenville, NC Hollywood Video store and spoke with the manager there (Tanya). She checked my account and took care of the problem, contacting the collection agency on my behalf to inform them that the debt had been taken care of. I have continued to receive collection notices from this same agency, have contacted Tanya at the store again and she said she took care of it yet, again, but got another notice yesterday. I want these notices to cease as the debt has been taken care of and my credit should not be jepordized. I want a response to ensure that this has been officially taken care of once and for all. Thank you.
