Smart Certify - GE Care Credit
Ripoff biggest scam ever using ge care credit

I have found out why Smart Certify can do what it does and still make money. I have been battling the cahrges with them since July 04' and I had finally found out that going thru GE Care Credit (which is a health care credit card. Dont ask me why they use this) in which GE Care Credit gives Smart Certify the money as such as a loan would be setup.

So you no longer owe Smart Certify and you now owe GE. This is a perfect scam for Smart Certify to get their money right away and have GE Care Credit try to collect from you. So if there is a problme Smart Certify does not care or will even settle with you since they already have their money from the deal. Thus screwing over you and GE Care Credit. Then after so many tries of dealing with GE Care Creditthey sell you amount owed to a third party collection agency who then tries to collect from you. Rendering trying to get the issue resolved almost impossible.

I just want to say "Thank You" to Smart Certify for screwing me over and hopefully I will get the ok to write an editorial in PC Magazine showing the difference between the good and bad on online computer training. Of course Smart Certify will represent the "bad".
