Reoccurring order ripoff one year late

I ordered their OraDr over a year ago and recently noticed a strange charge of $92.50 on my bank statement. After doing some investigation I found that I had automatically be signed up for reoccurring orders (that were 3 times my inital order price). I promptly cancelled the order as instructed via e-mail only to receive no responce.

When I call I was told that the product was in the mail, but they had received my cancellation and to send the product back after I received it. It has been 2 weeks, after calling them they "claime" the package arrived. So now I'm left without even a product in hand, nearly $100 short, and a bruised ego.
