Order product from company and IMMEDIATELY cancelled when received the order and review the terms and conditions. I've e-mail my cancellation on 20 Oct and request cancellation with immediate effect. No response or confirmation received. I've just received another batch of product and my account debited twice for the amounts but on different days. I've send another e-mail to cancel. I've found and a very uninformed untrained call centre operator tried to help me. THEY ARE A SCAM! You can not buy from this company they have BAD SERVICE and do not listen to their customers!!! I will involve my bank and hopefully get my money back!
