Oradr.com, Trustednaturalproducts.com
Trusted Natural Products, Oradr Products paid money, but didn't receive product

At the beginning of January, I placed an order w/this company. I received it just fine. At the end of January, I placed another order. I never got it. It was supposed to only take 7-12 days.

I am still waiting. I sent e-mails to trustedproducts.com and was told that their mailbox was full. I sent e-mails from my YAHOO address to Oradr.com and no one answered me.

I sent e-mails from my work e-mail address that I marked urgent. Customer service kept telling me it was coming and I would get it soon. I didn't. I called their phone # and someone told me it went out on February 7th and I would get it soon. I didn't.

I e-mailed them again on 2/21. Customer service told me my order was rerouted back to them and they were sending it to me Priority Mail free of charge. I still haven't gotten it yet.

Something about this whole thing just doesn't feel right. I told them this morning that I think they are yanking my chain. Customer service again told me that it would be at my house soon.

I'm through w/this company, and told them that.
