Dental malpractive and negligence Ripoff

I went in excited to get my braces done now that i had insurance and could afford the paymetns. But as soon as i got them on within 2 or 3 days 3 brackets fell off i even swallowed one accidently. Then 1 or 2 weeks later my wire brakes or the bracket fell of im not sure but the thing was hanging. I clld and spoke w / the manager and she promised everythign will be fixed I went in for my appt and sure enough she wasnt there and they refused to fix the broken bracket so their i go w/one missing bracket. Right when i leave a make a phone complaint thinking everything will be fixed i also email them w/my complaint and everything. But it was put on hold for 30 days till the investigate the "case" then i finally hear back fomr them on jan 29 saying they feel they did notinh gwrong i spoke w/the area manager and she said she will waive the fee to get the braces removed or to go to any other western dental so i tell her i will jsut get them fixed but then the first week of march the wire that they never fixed broke it is now poking and cutting my upper lip and the bracket that hold the wire in the back fell off. And at this point i call the corp office and they approve to get my braces removed but they want to charge me. If my braces are coming off why would i pay when theyre falling apart already and if that was the case if i was going to pay then i can just go anywhere and get them removed... The copr office has done nothing for me or my braces now theyre just there for decoration. What can i do or what?
