Completely in Adequate, Rippoff, Filthy Dirty

The Western Dental sells insurance as if you are getting a discount, but if you compare around there are better discounts out there and better dental offices! They are always running behind, very dirty, rude employees, seem incompetent? Why they have not been shut down is beyond me??? They call and harrass about payments, even when you are making them! I regret ever going and will never return too one. My son got his braces there and when they are off we will never be back!!! I have since bought better dental coverage and will be going to a real dental office.
