Had consultation for braces at Western Dental. Dentist said I would need braces for a year. I thought that seemed like a long time because my teeth were already almost perfect. I went ahead with braces. They lost $400 in payments and refused to see me until I brought proof of payments.

After a year they said I needed to have braces longer and made me sign a new contract for even more money. They kept my braces on for almost three years and kept asking me to sign new contracts for more money. They told me my braces were ready to come off. When dentist took the braces off I started crying when I saw how horrible my teeth looked.

My front teeth are now flared. I now have a severe overbite and overjet. My lower teeth are crooked. They charged me for retainers that are not even functional. They took me for almost three thousand dollars and then sent me a letter that said my care there is terminated. How do these people have a license to see patients?
