Scam Fraudulent ripoff White OverNite Unauthorized transactions resulting in $200 ripoff!

In May a customer service representative called my cell phone, offering a free trial offer of White OverNite for $4.95 for the shipping and handling. I agreed, knowing I had just that in my bank account. However, my debit card was not activated yet, but I gave the number to her anyways. The customer service representative said that she would call back in a few days for my authoriztion then. A couple of days I noticed a few missed calls, but by then I had changed my mind because I didn't have any money to cover that charge. So I just figured that they wouldn't do the transaction, since I didn't authorize her to do it then.

Being 18 years old and naive, I didn't use or look at my bank account until August, too late to file fraud from my bank. My bank account closed out due to these charges, resulting in about $200.3 total transactions: $4.95 $15.95 $69.95= 3 different charges, the last two unauthorized. Plus 3 insufficent funds, $30 each equaling $90.

When I got a bank statement in late August, the statment provided the location from where these transcitions occured plus a phone number. The phone number was to a woman's cell phone redirecting me to another phone number. It was too late to file fraud on my bank account so I was left hopeless. With nothing ever received, now sitting in collections as bad credit, is my closed bank account... Thanks. Good lesson learned.

After not receiving anything for 2 weeks after the call, I assumed that nothing was taken out. I went to the store, knowing that I would be getting paid in 2 days, I wrote 2 checks to Hy-vee totaling in $270 for groceries. But my check was lost... And I just figured I would owe that money to my bank since there was a $400 negative fund limit. However $200 was already taken out of my account from White Overnite, so the checks bounced.

Now I owe restitution, I've already paid off the $270 worth of checks, but also owe $160 for a bad check class that I am required to attend to learn how to not write bad checks. I am a single 19 year old with an newborn son... I don't have all the money in the world to give to these fraudulent people who rip off innocent citizens like me. But I guess it's ok, since my son is the last person that needs that money, right? Wrong.

I want my money back... I want to sue these people. I WANT JUSTICE!!!
