Amazingly my report mirrors exactly the one previously reported by Kristen of Vacaville, CA.

In March I authourized for white over nite to debit my checking account for $3.95 for a free trial offer of its product. I carefully read everything pertaining to the offer from the pop-up ad. It was clear to me that I was only going to be charged for the shipping of the free trial offer. I never authorized any futher shipments.

I discovered on Friday May 20th that 2 separate charges of $106.90 were being held on my checking account. My bank informed me that it was from White overnite. I was able to get a phone number from from the report posted on consumer complaints. I called at least 20 times and never talked to anyone. I left my name and number. I reported this to my bank immediately. I now have a Regulation E dispute report on file.

Today, I finally heard back from White Overnite. The representative was very rude over the phone and took obvious pleasure in telling me that I would not be getting my money back. She insisted that I authorized white overnite permission to debit my account. And that I was to respond back within 14 days of my original offer to cancel further shipment. I never saw a number to call until I read the rip off report. I checked a box on my initial request declining any interest in a futher shipment and I was assured from the offed that only the $3.95 would come out of my account. I cannot afford this product and my bank account is in serious default. Think about it! If I wanted to have the regular shipment of white overnite at $106.90 a month. What benefit was it to me to pay $3.95 for a trial offer. Logically I would have simply ordered the product outright. This is fraudulent and outright theft. Also, it is notable to mention that the offer on the website as it is now is not the same as the one that I responded to. It was very simple and direct popup. This is very stressful and financially damaging to me.

My bank has cancelled my debit card and hopefully will refund my money. Can someone please help me in this matter as soon as possible?
