White Overnite sent me to collections for $176.00 over a year after ordering a free trial Unknown

In March I ordered a free trial of white overnite teeth whitening product. I allowed them to charge my credit card $3.95. I later called the company and canceled any more shippments within the time period they indicated. The next month, I had an extra charge of over $100. I again called the company and complained and they reversed the charge. I figured I was done. Now over a year later (10) I recieve a letter from Access Capital Credit saying I owe $176.00 for an account I had with White Overnite Night. When I tried contacting this collection agency the man on the other end was very rude and said I had called the credit card company and reversed the charge and that I needed to contact my lawyer.
