Saveon RX Saveon Rx customer service will knowingly munipulate dishonest information They took $130.00 from my account more than a month ago and never delivered merchandise

I ordered phentermine over a month ago and never received the merchandise which was suppose to be shipped to me within four days. After four days passed, I called customer service and spoke with Carol. She suggested I call FedEx to see when it would be delivered. FedEx said a label was made but it was never delivered to them and told me to call the shipper back. When I called them back they told me that a label was made and the pick up would be on Monday for delivery to me by Tuesday.

Tuesday came and went with no delivery. A week later I called a second time and spoke with Sara she gave me the EXCATE same information as Carol. Again I called FedEx and again they said a label was made but it was never delivered to them.in the meantime $130.00 was deducted from my account. I called a third time and ask for the supervisor. I was told the supervisor would just tell me the same thing. When I insisted the rep. (can't remember his name), said the supervisor was not available. I then told him to cancel my order. He told me he could not cancel it. I was getting nowhere!!!

It was impossible to speak with anyone above the customer service representative. Another week goes by without a delivery. I called back a fourth time and ask for a supervisor. This time I got Carlos (he would not give me his last name in fact none of the representatives would give last names or ID numbers), I told him I just want to cancel my order. He told me he would try but it may not be possible. I left him my name and return phone number so he could let me know the status of my cancellation. He promised to call me back but did not.

It is now going on two months with no delivery of the merchandise I ordered. I am out $130.00. I get nowhere with customer service who keep repeating the same thing. Their response sounds scripted.

This is the BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER!!!
