Beware! Unauthorized billing from bank account after many cancellation requests

I was curious about the body analysis thing... That was the first mistake. I decided to go ahead and try it out, after all it seemed like a good deal, and I was curious about the online support stuff. I made a point of reading the terms and conditions, and understood that I had 21 days to cancel, and if I didn't, I was locked into 3 months with them.
I spent the whole time trying to access the online support system, but was never able to. I emailed and got no helpful responses. It is my own fault that I missed the 21 day timeframe, so I had to eat the 3 months of charges... Fine.
I sent an email before the end of the 3 months asking that my "membership" be cancelled after the 3 month timeframe. However, I was still billed 29.95 the following month. I thought that perhaps it was a mistake and sent another email requesting cancellation. I have now sent 5 or 6 emails requesting refunds as well because as far as I'm concerned, these charges have been unauthorized since I first cancelled.
I have received no response to my emails, and obviously no refunds. I have copies of some of my emails to this dishonest company and I suppose that I will have to forward them to the appropriate people to make sure this company takes care of this problem. I didn't want to have to write this, but I feel that I have been forced.
