Unauthorized Transactions

I decided that I did not want the product anymore. I tried to cancel my auto shipments on the website, but it would not allow me to. I sent an email to customer support in May and on May 16 I received confirmation that our request for cancellation had been processed and our account would no longer be charged.

They even gave me a cancellation number. On June 14th $94 was deducted from our bank account. We emailed customer support and received an email from Ashley. She said that our account was cancelled and she does not see where they took money from us.

Ashley asked us to send her a copy of our bank statement. We sent that information to her a month ago and have never heard back. I have emailed her several times and have not received a response back. Now it is July and they have taken another $94.

I have called the 800 number and it just sits on permanent hold. I have emailed customer service several times, and never received a response. I would like to cancel my bank account, but and afraid that I will never see a refund. The $188 was taken without my authorization since we have proof that the account was cancelled.

All of the email correspondence have been saved. I went to my bank and was told since it was authorized at one time they cannot do anything and we will have to deal with the company. Since no one will answer the phone or respond to emails I feel this is impossible.
