Contact Lens Order Repeatedly Delayed and No Overnight Shipping Offered

Company did not deliver as promised and further refuses to ship product overnight. Very poor business practice. Two weeks ago they promised delivery the following week. They did the same last week, promised delivery this week. Today they are telling me they will ship next week but will not overnight the lenses. They are an internet company they should have an inventory of all products on the shelf. Their response has been "The lenses have not come in yet" No initiative to try and appease customer. Their attitude is simply 'That's tough you will just have to wait' The internet does not need this type of business practices.
