Failed Overnight Delivery

UPS charged me $43.00 for an overnight delivery. It took two days to get from New Jersey to California. I wrote to the Customer Service Dept. At their Atlanta, GA headquarters and they promised me a refund. They never refunded the $43.00. Promises, promised. Expensive overnight delivery that didn't arrive on time as promised and failure to keep their promise of a refund.
