Ripoff

Took $399.00 from my account, Lady I talked to said she was putting back some money they took from my account with a previous bank I had, So she told me they lost my recordind of the transaction of the first debit, so she had told me to do another recording of a new debit and then cancel it so I could get my money back, but after the recording she hung up and I couldn't get in contact with her, so every time I call they either hang up or they don't let me finish talking, they said since they got me recorded agreeing I have to wait for a package to come in the mail in 30 to 40 days, and it is non refundable and but maybe I will get my money back, It was bad how they did me, I had no money for two weeks because of them, fell back on my child support, it really hurt me, please advise people not to deal with these people, GOD will make that lady pay who lied to me! She might not pay now but she will later!
