Screwed me ove

These people called me and gave me their pitch. I was apprehensive but kept listening. The deal did sound good. I only had to pay 25.99 for however many months.

I figured it couldn't be that bad to see how it went. I specifically asked the lady I was talking to this question:

"If I decide that I do not want this service in the future can I cancel at any time?"

She said:

"Yes that's not a problem just call the number on the invoice that will be sent to you."

So I figured if I didn't like it or didn't want to keep paying I could just cancel right? Nope... When I did decided to cancel I called them up and they gave me the same crap that these other people got.

I was told that they had already paid up front and I couldn't get out of the payments. When I told her I had asked if I could cancel at any time and the lady told me yes, this new lady explained that she meant the 'other deal' with great coupons and all that crap. Of course the first lady did not specificall say it was only that part of the deal I could cancel and not the actual magazine subscriptions.

I asked the second lady if she could pull up my last recording and listen to where I had asked if I could cancel she refused. Saying some crap like she didn't have access to that recording. When I asked to speak to her manager she told me there was none available at that time and I would have to call back later.

This is all crap. There's always a manager available. I've talked with plenty to know. It's also crap that the first employee didn't specify which part of the deal I could cancel at any time and mislead me to believe I could cancel that magazines.

This company is full of crap and is a HUGE scam.
