I just opened a bank account and these people called and knew all of our information. Then they took 29.95 in a differnt name then my own, contacted my bank and the bank did something about it.

Now lets go to June of they took money out of my account again, and said Lisa OK'd it, they played me a tape of the recording and then I spoke to a lady that you couldn't understand. She told me that was Lisa and I polietly told her it was not her, she got rude with me; then i got mad and stated all the facts why it was not her, my first reason was the lady on the recording was a differnt race. She told me I was lying and told me to get an attourney because i would never see the 29.95 again. I did find out that the president of the company is Eric Roberts. Then when I asked to speak with him they hung up on me. So i called back time and time again and soon as they pick up and here my name they hang up on me. Please dont let this happen to you.
