I too fell for the okey doke with Solow Solutions. They debited my account in 12 and as of today's date 05/24/06 I haven't even received the packet the promised. I have called their company for weeks (wait it's been months now) only to get a recording saying that customer service is closed and call during business hours which it gives. I have called during their "business hours" on several occasions and still get the same recording. I had a run in with one of their "SO CALLED" customer service reps who was not only rude but down right beligerent! I asked her name which she refused to give (of course) then she hung up. I called right back and since they can see the number you call from she hung up again. Then I called back thinking I was getting someone else, I asked if she could see I was talking to before she said no, then when I started to complain about the previous rep she said I talked to you! Then when I asked why she lied she hung up. Still no resolution to my situation I never got the $2500.00 credit card or my money back. They stall and promise because most people the deal with are on questionable credit issues to begin with and are usually using debit card and they know after 60 days the banks shrug their shoulders and go "oh well, I don't know what to tell you". We need to get the message out to someone so that Solow is not allowed to prey on other innocent people who are trying to get a fresh start and rebuild their credit. Some people got packages I received NOTHING but aggrivation and frustration and not to mention $299.00 debited out of my account. The company name is appropriate because their tactic are SO-LOW and I pray for the company owners because what goes around comes around, and you do reap what you sow.!!!
