Ripoff, no merchandise, no response to emails

What a rip off. I was so excited to find the website selling the products I needed. However, I have not received anything and can not get a response on email or the phone. The # is always busy and the 24 hour response claim is a fraud. I am totally outdone with this company and there "Claims" to the legal alternative.
