Rip off, stole my money

I purchased from this company $57.89, including expedited shipping, in October. I have never received the item. Also, I attempted to email the address the website gives but I received no response. Furthermore, they have a form that can be submitted if your order isn't received. I submitted this form in November and never received a response. This is completely unacceptable.
