Ripoff, never mailed product, doesn't return phone calls or emails, fraud

I ordered from Herbal Smoke Shop www.herbalsmokeshop.com on August 31. My credit card was billed on Sept 2nd. Order: OnlineOrder_xxx9050 Reference Number: xxx9050

I waited 12 days and realized something was up with Herbal Smoke Shop when I tried to email them several times and they never emailed back. I then found this site from a friend and reports from others who never received their product. I saw that Derek W, the Customer Support Rep or Manager at Herbal Smoke Shop left a phone # to call.

I have been calling this number multiple times from 9 am to 3 pm EST as instructed by Mr. Derek W. The # is 1-866-437-2748. No one ever answers, or its busy or randomly I get the answering machine, which I guess is their answering service. I hear a loud tone after the message and have tried to leave voicemails if that is even possible.

This company won't get back to me via phone or email and they screwed me out of $37.94. That isn't much to many people, but it is to me and also if they do that to everyone, they make some pretty good profit. I want my money back, I don't want the product. It has been almost a month since I ordered and 20 days (14 business days) since they billed my account.

I am in the process of contacting my credit card and also my state attorney so hopefully some legal action can be taken against Herbal Smoke Shop and Global Life Enhancements. Never order from Herbal Smoke Shop or Global Life Enhancements because they have no customer support and they rip you off. They bill your card or account and never send out the product, or they try to blame the US Postal Service. I wonder how Derek G will respond since I have not only emailed, but called the phone # he gave out on this site. I am also interested in what the state attorney has to say and what my credit card company can do about this as well.
