Ripoff No Response to Emails LEGAL SUIT LAWSUIT

Well Derek, as I have said in my numerous emails to your "direct email", I DO NOT LIKE TO BE IGNORED.By ignoring me, you have made it impossible for me to resolve my associate's case, therefore making me look unprofessional.

TO OTHERS: I have emailed both addresses that "Derek" has provided. I have also called all of the numbers he has provided. And guess what??? You got it people, no response.

I am currently handling a case for an associate in which Herbal Smoke Shop conned this third party out of nearly $150. Both they, and now myself, have received the same "run around" that Derek is giving all of us.

Well the day of reckoning is fast approaching, and I don't think the US Legal System will spare our friend Derek and the rest of his companions down in New Jersey.

I ASK that ALL who have been scammed by this company please leave a response posted directly to this report briefly explaining their situation. Any Legal experts who would like to get involved please respond also, as I always like to have input from others.

Incredible, this could have all been avoided by simply responding to my email and returning my associate's $150. Now think of the thousands you could potentially spend defending yourself, it doesnt seem like a well thought out business strategy to me, but then again neither is ignoring your customers.

I AM willing to give you one more chance, under the assumption that you are merely overloaded with complaints and have simply not gotten around to responding to me. You have seven business days (thats Mon-Fri, Derek) in which to issue your response.
