Health & Medicine

As reported by others i also got a phone call and was told of a $4.95 one time fee only for a health plan and would recieve a $500.00 shopping coupons and would recieved a package in the mail in the next 10 days and would have 10 days to decide if i wanted the plan. If i did not i had 10 days to cancel. I never recieced the package and not only was $4.95 taken from my account but was taken twice plus a fee of $119.00 which i did not approve. I have called several times and canceled with them and was told i would be refunded. That was the first of aug. The last call i made was thursday and was told to give them 72 hours to respond. I told them it was funny that it took them 5 mim. To get my money from my account but it is takeing all this time to be refunded. The bank told me i would have to close my account and open another but this is to much of a change at this time as i have a lot of accounts being withdrawn to make bill payment. Besides the phone number already given by others i also have 1-800-357-7518 and 1-800 357-9267 i have comfermation #s and names of people i have talked to. I will make one more phone call this week and thenlook for some legal action. I am laid off right now and could us the money they took from me and i am tired of the lies. I will never, never take another phone call or deal like this again.
