Styintchld, who are they?

I get a call from some sales rep. Back in jan. 04. Trying to get me to sign on to a 14 day trial deal with a long distance type package deal. I don't call long distance. Don't need a long distance carrier. But she spiced it up with some road help, and prescription plan. Fine I try it, she stated she would send me a package with all the information included.

So time passes I forgot about the phone call never recieved a package to remind me of the call. I work long hours and I was having a friend pay my bills and take care of the mail for me.

So unknowingly 49.95 was being withdrawn monthly from my savings account now for what 9 months before I started to double check where all my money has been going. I didn't have a problem calling the company but they gave some stupid recording that offered two options, one to cancel and get refunded a single month. I hit the zero to be put through to the operator and was redirected to a rep. She was not very coroperative she wanted my bank statments fax. Which I did and have yet to hear back. I told her I wanted all the monies back in my account or I will see her in court. I did not give anyone the permission to take money out of my account at anytime for any reason.

Do not give anyone the ok on any type of trial offer. With the return of your personal banking information. Its open game to be taken for a ride. An expensive one at that.
