Defective Simmons Beautyrest Mattress - Groupon Goods — no warranty - Simmons Beauty Rest

In November I paid $700 for a Simmons Beautyrest Queen mattress on Groupon Goods. Within six months, the middle of the mattress was sagging and the pillow top material was detaching under the cover. Obviously, this was a defective product. When I contacted Groupon, they said the product was sold "as-is" and I was also not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Bottom line, I had to go purchase a new mattress and lost the $700 spent six month's prior. I would never buy another high-ticket item on Groupon Goods. Groupon is great for fast food coupons and haircuts, but that's about it.
