I've been pursuing a refund from Groupon, within their stated terms, with no success. I have had no response to emails and have been unable to speak to anyone on their customer helpline (automatic answer to say they were not taking any calls and they have no facility for leaving a message). I am entitled to a refund as teh products do not work, and this experience has put me off giving Groupon any business again.
