Billed My Credit Card Twice Despite Insurance Coverage

I went to Smile Care in Mission Hills in April for a cleaning. The cleaning was covered by my insurance yet they still billed my credit card. They got paid twice for the same service. I called countless times to try to straighten this out but they refuse to issue refund. They are thieves.
