Would not refund money - Doc Ortho

I ordered two wrist braces. Both cut into my thumb area badly. Upon calling the vendor, they would not refund the money, only offered store credit or replacement. This was completely unsatisfactory, because the braces are built badly. They said that their website mentions this lack of refund policy,

In checking this, the refund policy is NOT mentioned on their submit order page, nor could I find it while searching. I would no do business with them again.
