Ripoff SCAM REFUND POLICY Dishonest Business Practices No Customer Service

July 4th I purchased a Sofa & Loveseat for over $2200 and paid in cash at this store. Manager offered the floor samples for $100 less each. After checking them out I said no and ordered new. Pick up was scheduled for Sat 7/8.

At the warehouse, as soon as the Clerk looked at my sales order he mentioned the floor samples had been sent over from the store and he would bring them out. I told him I had not orderd the floor samples, I was picking up new furniture. They brought out a wrapped up sofa and no loveseat. One of the guys told me the loveseat was being touched up as it was a floor sample. When I questioned the Clerk he admitted they only had the floor samples no other in stock. I canceled the order and he referred me back to the store for my money.

Went back to the store, the Mgr Jay Lee and Salesperson Vickie said they had no idea. (Think Dishonest?) When I asked for a refund they told me to call their customer serv ph# on Monday, they could not give me a refund, they could do nothing for me. This is not mentioned in their Refund Policy. The Mgr was rude and just wanted me out of the store and suggested I sue the company if not satisfied. How's that for customer service?

Called Cust Serv, Nena said she would submit a request to her Sup Bertha for approval for the refund minus a re stocking fee of 30%. I asked to talked to the Sup but was told I could only leave a message and "maybe" she would call-never did.

Called Corporate left a message for Sue-never replied. Called again and got hold of Sue who said she would submit a request to Accounting but she had no control over them therefore, could not tell me when I would get my money. Was told Owners only come by once a week on Fridays to sign checks, so hopefully, if Accounting cuts out the check in time for signature, the check might be mailed out. Talk about getting the run around!

This was a cash transaction for goodness sake! I have been left with no furniture and no money. This cannot be legal!!!
