Ripoff no refund policy term agreement Beaverton, Oregon

I had order 1st level holysync cd with affirmation however I never received the product nor was it ever customed created for me. When I asked for a refund the receptionist, "Lorraine Basa" told me that there was no refund whether or not I received the product. I did not think that was a fair policy since I don't have anything at all.

She said she would e-mail me the term agreement. Well the term agreement was not good enough because apparently she wrote that herself and sent that to me. So then I checked on their website and I searched and searched and their was no refund policy prior to submit payment. Only there was " license term agreement and private policy".

Then I called the support asking for the refund and she took my information and told me that someone would get back to me in a few hours. After I thank them and hung up the phone, I when back to checked the payment submit page and lo and behold the so called "license terms agreement had mysteriously changed, out of nowhere someone added the no refund policy ON TOP of the license term agreement. And it was not there before. Neither was the order form had any refund policy on it as well.

Well this situation is pending since I had yet to received a call back rom this company. The anticipation awaits as to how this will be handled.
