Worst customer service

Shop at the halsted & emerald location in chicago, illinois, these so-called 'customer service' workers need to be re-trained in courtesy and respect, they stand there, won't help you when you're struggling with your items since they have no accessible baskets handy, the shopping carts are like aldi, you need a quarter to get to them, had no change with me. Long story short, went in to shop for wic items, waited for someone to open a register only to have other customers called to cut in front of me. I was furious and walked out, came back in and informed their manager that he had just lost my business. Workers there are rude, ignorant and shouldn't be working with the public. I called corporate but was never contacted again. Worst shopping experience ever. Sad thing is i let it go on numerous occasions, hoping these employees would realize that us customers are the ones that make their paychecks.
