I left the company ATT thinking i was going to a better company Metro Pcs, but it was the worst mistake i made in my life.in Bakersfield, CA 93311 on Pannma and akers location all of the workers there were very rude and disrespectful. They put on a good front to make a sale, but after the sale they could care less about any CUSTOMER SERVICE. From that point I called 611 telling them my experience with the location THey told that a DISTRICT MANAGER woul be contacting me, I never recieved a cll back. I then called 611 again and the lady there were even ruder then the workers at the location and nothing was handled. I now see why the worker think that it is ok for them to be so disrespectful to the customers. I feel that everyone in the united states should beaware of the actions and how poor METRO PCS treats their customers. I would like every one to know stay with the company that you are with, because you will regret picking METRO PCS
