Today is 4/23/10. I went shopping at the walmart on rt. 117 in Leominster, MA. The time is 7:50 am. I had $150.00 (at least) in the shopping cart. I walked the lenght of the check out area. They had 1 (one) register open. It was 20 items or less. I waited in line for the only open register. Want to figure out what happened? You got it! 20 items or less. Keep in mind this is the only register open. At least 1 supervisor (young blonde female) seen me & I think 1 manager (at least he seemed to bne giving orders). So on my way out (to shop at market basket) I told the greeter (older female) that the cart with all the food in it was mine & why I was leaving. She attempted to get younger blonde female to assist but younger blonde female was way to busy socializing to assist customer. Now I will shop at market basket, hanafords, any where but walmart... Where the customer is treated like dirt. Hey that must be the company motto " the customer is always wrong". This is not the 1st problem I have had with walmart, but its the last!!!
